I never knew there were so many species of orchids until I visited an orchid ranch in Florida a couple of years ago. Well framed. Contrast is a little 'hard', but not to a point of making the image difficult to look at.

Fred,
A beautiful picture of this Shocking Pink Orchid with it's lower lip resembling a Pansy, that is a eye catcher to be sure.Beautiful composition ^ lighting with superb camera techniques & razor sharp focus.

I think the Lord, sometimes, got tired of thinking what to create, that He only made a slight variation here, and called this an orchid. definitely, patterned from a pansy. Very defined, love the well saturated colors. Well captured with depth of focus.
