Well he's very nationalistic but here in the Philippines if you wear something with a flag design you will be charged with disrespect for a national icon or something like that.

every country is different..back a couple a decades hippies used to burn the american flag in public till the laws changed..flag burning is a sign a disrespect period but some people r so proud of where they r from they will wear it like a flag waving around. its all up to the country..they advertise hre in the states all the time..know the laws of the country u r going too..advise us not to do something stupid..wink. thanks for the great review

This is so funny. I wonder if this guy is a Texan or maybe from Montana. Yes, he is surely very proud of his cowboy image, and have to show it off,even while swimming. I think, he had gone too far, though, but just give him a sense of pride. Very defined, great color contrast. The hat and the boots are simply perfect. Yes, drawn with great expertise and skills. Well done. An image with a story to tell.
