Correct, the angle shows as if a battle is going on. Love the the color of the sky as a contrast background. A great entry. Well captured.

I am not sure I would have seen this myself, but you are right, it actually looks like the trees are having a fight. With the nice blue sky as a background, the trees are standing out in the most excellent way.
Your photo is also nice and sharp showing clear and well defined details in the trees, and the all over exposure is good.
Your POV was of course perfect, and I also like the angle of the shot. It is a well taken photo with a good DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.

Thanks Annie, It's amazing what one can see if one really looks. I was photographing a plant when I lay down on the ground and looked up and there was the battle!
