Trauma Begets Drama

Abstract of building reflections

Straight from the traumatic shattered mind. I would think people in deep trouble would see things as shattering pieces falling apart from the whole. The vibrant colors representing life. The bright colors would represent happy times and the dark colors would be the troubled times. Ok that is my arm chair interpretation of the abstract. Love the colors

I think here even the dark glows. Even Humpty dumpty can be put together again but the experiences, even the bad ones, create opportunities for transformation. The diagonal lines means things are askew but there is some order as well. Thanks for your thoughts.

Your title really reflects this piece. I can see the trauma. Really great abstract. Wonderful colors and great story that tied it all together.

Looks like a close up of a beautiful jewel. The many colored facets sparkling and complementing each other. Upon closer inspection, I see the lines intersecting the image revealing yet another dimension to the effect. I even see what looks like a face amongst the many shapes in this abstract. Great work. Quite enjoyable.

OK, who slipped the LSD in my capachino? I liked the dark colors in the middle, but the lighter ones to the right hand side seem off balanced. Not so much though as to bring less than a 5.

HMMMMM!! I know, but in the original reflection of the building I saw all these faces so I abstracted it and just ended up with more faces!
It's all about being 'unbalanced' and that was part of the point. Thanks Paula

Wonderful abstract Paula with amazing color and reflection. I think just looking at a reflection is in itself somewhat abstract. When color is introduced, it is intensified. Very nicely composed.

Great visual impact! The diagonal lines create a sense of chaos which is counterbalanced by the relaxing purple and green tones. Very creative and intriguing.

The scene is a beautiful mosaic of shapes and colors. I love the effect. It reminds me of looking through a kaleidoscope. The arrangement of the panels and the design is very artistic. I don't see the actual reflections of the building but it doesn't matter as it is beautiful without any further definition.

Very nice colours, but this is a picture of ??? I cannot mention a nice framing because there's no object. Nice colours is all I can say. Sorry.

It's an abstract: therefore it's up to your imagination what this is about. Thanks
