There can be many layers of water in an open field. Especially on uneven land when water finds its own level> I appreciate your comments. Thank you so much for your support. Glad you liked it.

I find the depth of this fascinating. The changing layers of the landscape from foreground to background totally draw me in to the scene which is climaxed by the beautifully shaped lake and the superbly colorful sky full of pastel beauty. Great job!

Beautiful greens, I love the combination of pastels and strong greens up front, very well balanced with nice textures on the grass - the water colors stunning so clear and pure - your color choice always is fantastic no matter what you are painting , this sky catching the pastel green is fantastic as it seems that this times the sky is reflecting the earth and not the other way around - a very beautiful work, another item that has a wonderful calm and serene energy, thanks for sharing
