Great composition, and accurate color choice as solitude is missing love and the red color is standing for love so she is longing for a heart felt union - the body position you gave her is perfect - seems she is looking out of a widow waiting for one to come home - your face expression is perfectly realized , the general impact is strong due to the handsome shadow and light application - the light is just beside her head and that creates a hopeful energy - great background choice, super color choice for her dress and environment, well done
