This is a good shot Mary. Like the different textures of the plants and trees. The hills in the b/g draw the eye. Good use of the trees for framing.

I looks lovely with interesting species.
Are those eucalyptus trees? Your climate is sort of dry, like chapparal
that exists in Southern California.
Nice detail, almost like a painting.

Thanks Paula, yes they are eucalyptus trees and the fan like leaves are from the "black boy" grass trees.

A very nice scene with outstanding colors. I love the twisted tree and its companions on the left and the fan shaped foliage. As much as I like the birds I would have removed them because they are just too close to the edge.
