It is heart breaking to see such neglect for our planet. I don't know what goes through peoples head when they do something as stupid as this. A great awareness shot Mary:)

What a sad photo to capture such an awful treatment of a waterway. Like your photo though. Well centered and framed. Focus is good considering you are shooting through the water. Good contrast and initial impact. Great creativity on your part. Hope you showed the authorities so they could remove it.

Thanks Sylvia I appreciate your positive feedback. The council do a river check regularly to clean up this type of thing unfortunately it is the ratepayers who have to pay for stupidity. :) Mary

A great shot. I like the way the water distorts the lines of the subject. Excellent colors and composition. The surface waves seem to create a beautiful diffraction pattern of light on the bottom.

So sad to see this as you will find the same problem all over the world. Your photo needs no words, good focus, frame and showing a clean up is needed.

It is a shame about the rubbish, but you've gotten something out of it. Very clever picture. Nicely executed. Cheers.

Yes it would take an idiot to do something like this as they have nothing better to do than destroy someone else's property. We are the ones to pay for these with our groceries prices. It is a shame that we have people who just don't care. Ok now off my soap box LOL!!. Thanks for sharing idiots at play.

Impressive capture of this trolley with the sun's reflection defining its outline underwater.
In the Philippines, this can still recycled for typhoon victims for whatever purpose this may serve them.
Clear focusing.
Nice lighting.
Thanks for sharing.

This is a true reflection of our world today. You've captured it perfectedly. The way the water is shimmering really draws the eyes to the clash on the cart being where it doesn't belond. Really nice job.
