I totally agree with you!
I think visiting places you went to as a child, can actually be very distressing when you see the sign of "progress".
The colourful gateway is brilliant and the steps leading up to it is great. Capturing the reflections in the water is good. Overall the image is a little dark, could do with a bit of lightening

A great demonstration of something being "out of kilter" in our world. I like the barren look with not a person in sight and the reflections in the manicured pool. Nice colors and fine composition.

Yep the good ol days are gone and it's all high tech entertainment for kids and adults now. That's what I like about photography, it gets me out of the house to observe nature. This sure looks like an interesting place. Like the slant of the towers and the color makes it look like a fun place to visit. Interesting photo and thanks for the view!

Yes, the simple older fun days seems to be memories now as kids has all the new electronic gadgets to play with. Sad in a way. A good view here, kind of neat with the leaning buildings, reflected on the water, focused and framed.
