Very nice close up shot. It's a harlequin bug, Stink bugs are black and have the distinct shape of a shield. can't help you with the seeds though. Well done

this is a stink bug or shield bug: and it is black, but because of the dark blue sky, there is some hint of blue on the black stripes

It looks like this stinky bug was at the top of the chocolate with pecan. Great clarity of textures of the seeds and the lines of that bug. Well captured and a pleasure to view.
