WOW! I had never seen this one. But when I saw Iceland Poppies I could tell by the Beauty of the work it was you.
The Colors, extreme Sharpness of the center of the flowers as well as the background just caught my eye and I had to send the owner of this Fantastic work of Art a note telling them how beautiful it was. When a viewer can tell the work of the Artist by it's beauty, that is as good as it gets. Thanks so much for sharing your work. Royal

THIS is superb! (I can see why it won the contest!)

The background textures so compliment the poppies --- because the flowers stay front and center in the viewer's eye.

I just LOVE Poppies! You are so AHHHHHMAZING! Every flower shot is layered with elegance, details and Majestic lighting.
I LOVE the Fuzzy Buds that remind me of green olives. The orange and the green remind me of Italian colors.
I love the placement of the blooms and the twisting Fuzzy buds.
Your are the QUEEN of layers and I bow to your artistic know how.
