This is a great photo of firework, and since it is taken in Cannes I think I know who is behind it as well. LOL All I can say is that this firework must have been quite a sight and with the strong colors it is standing out so well against the dark sky. So far I have never managed to get a proper photo of fireworks.

I can also see that this is a nice and sharp photo and the firework is so well defined. I also like that you managed to capture a slight reflection from it in the water.

Your POV was just perfect and the photo is really well framed. An excellent shot, and I wish you luck with the contest.

very nice capture of the fireworks at night off of the bay...the timing is superb as the fireworks are capture in grandeur fashion...wonderful colors in the night sky...very harp and crisp image...well done and thanks for sharing

HOLY GUACAMOLE....I wonder whose image from Cannes this could possibly be.

I know you have a "fireworks" button on your camera and vibrancy and I have a feeling you had them on. I always look for overexposure on fireworks and you have NONE.

This shot looks like a winner, you have my vote!
