thanks Wendy, this little one has flies and skeeters all over him. They are a big bother this year with all the rain.

I don't know why but I think owls are my favourite bird - odd really as we don't get any around here and have only ever seen a live one once.

Beautiful capture and his expresssion is so sad. All technical settings spot on.
