Little Blue calling for his mom is so engaging , he is so real and you have captured him so expertly and in such graphic detail in all his vulnerability.
I'm assuming his mom was not far away and flew to his side.

Nice capture of this baby blue jay. I am not sure I have ever heard a 'gentle' sound from a blue bird, lol, or perhaps I am confusing them with the Jas :))
