Perfect timing to catch it just at takeoff Eileen. Nice exposure on this all white bird with no blown out areas on the feathers. Can see lots of feather detail in its wings and body. Excellent photo, perfect timing and capture with a pin sharp focus.

Great shot, I love the stop action, it is like he is just posing there for you. Great detail and focus work. I find it so hard when shoting a white bird to get the great detail in the wings as you did here. Very nice.

These beautiful birds always catch my eye and you captured the full body ready for flight. Great focus, beautiful color on the beak and eye. Almost looks like he posed for just a second so you could get a great shot.
