Beautiful drawing. I love the colors and the way you did the strip pattern. Great job on the fur. Love that you drew the tongue. Very nicely done!

Well, the rendering is excellent! The colors may not be as bold as wished, but they are effective and clear nonetheless. Great blending of tones, especially visible in the body´s outline. Great detailing of hair, which shows a lot of patience and dedication to your work. I admire it a lot!

Beautiful work, so many details showing in the face and the body. Love the pink tongue licking off whatever is left. Nicely done.

Wow this is a stunning painting - your pastel technique on this raw paper is stunning as it has in addition to your excellent detail work the texture of the paper that shows in the first second that it is hand moad3e - a master piece of accuracy in body proportions and design - your background color is well chosen - even if your think that it is not good, we can perfectly beyond the upload, a fantastic design, perfect in details, super expressive moment with the tongue moving out -
great additional information, super job

Comment from Jean A Cormier
The pose you chose is so believable, and the tongue licking the nose is a visual bonus. I really have to overlay the pastels to upload properly and cover the textured areas of the paper-my husband's camera picks up everything! I do like the slightly violet black background with the complementary highlights of yellow hues ! Choosing not to portray an environment is normally my preference, as I too like to concentrate on the subject! jean

Amazing drawing techniques, this tiger have a 3D look. I love the clarity of the the patterns of the coat and its textures. Yes, the colors is a bit too light and washed out, I can understand in FAR the uploads can be dull. Overall, this is painted with great expertise.

Its a shame that these creatures are even kept in captivity. But too tolerate the killing of them to extinction is a crime no matter how you look at it.
This comes from the brutal human mentality of our rulers.
This piece of work should raise our levels of intelligence to the beauty of all living creatures and I commend you on doing such a great job in your notes & presentation.
Thanks for sharing it.

Many thanks for your very nice review, Doris. The flash was turned off but I don't know why it is with pastels, the camera or uploads don't pick up the colours as they are. Suzanne

Nonsense. Upload away! This is very beautiful. The tongue tells the story. I like the colors and the overall composition. Very nice indeed. Cheers.
