Very lovely wild violets Suzanne. These really resemble the wild iris we have here except of the sharp and the leaves.

Nicely done against a blue sky and the green background :)

This is a very good painting. I think there needs to be just a few more shadows on the flowers to give them more detail. Other than that i like your technique a lot. You did a fantastic job. Keep up the good work. I have a question. I have always wondered how watercolor pencils work. Do you have to draw the image in pencils first and then put water over it, or do you cover the paper in water first and then draw?

Thank you for your review. You can draw the image first and then add water, once the water has dried you could add more pencil if you wanted. Suzanne
