Ha! It's fantabulous! I have never seen a butterfly like this one Fred, how amazing mother nature is. Before I read your notes I thought it was leaf in the shape of lips smiling!lol! What a super find and it's camouflage is flawless! Excellent techs all around, so interesting!;)

thanks a lot again Wendy; unfortunately I was unable to find one on a tree: impossible with such a camouflage.
several reviewers suggested smiling lips: I"ll keep it for a contest, since I have other pics of it

I was going to write something entirely different until I saw the words dead leaf with legs. Like you I think this is fantastic camouflage, I don't think he can be seen unless moving.

What is further amazing (to me) is how you know the names of these beasts! (and flowers too).
