I think the site is messed up...It one for black and white nature photography... I had sevreal people's photos come up with warnings and they had no reason to have them! Thanks so much for the very nice review! Lili

This is fantastic. I love the feathers and the features of the birds' heads. You can really feel that they are still and hunkered down to avoid detection and watching watching watching. How did you ever sneak up on them? Great photo... wish I had a 6 to give. :)

I used a telephoto lens so as not to get to close and disturb them! They were aware of my presence but not to frightened by it=) Thanks so much for the very kind review and rating! Have a great day my friend=) Lilibug6

This is truly a fine photo which deserved to win the contest. I like the angle of the shot. The diagonal composition is eye pleasing. I admire the exquisite captured detail of the bird especial the plumage. The background could be softened a bit to emphasize the doves even more. Applying Gaussian blur to the background would do it.

A lovely photo. Subjects fill the frame. Focus good and background blurred. Lucky you getting a photo of one of natures most timid birds. I hear them calling but never see them up close. Thanks for sharing this 'family' photo.
