Stunning image of this goose. Great composition and framing. Very natural colour and lighting. Superb focus and great background. Nice "pink" feet!! Great capture. Good work.

I've never seen a goose like this before must say it is an odd looking bird with it's blood shot looking eye and it's bright pink webbed feet. Makes for an interesting subject. Pretty rippling water background. Thanks for sharing.

Really a funny looking Goose, but very charming the way it is giving you the eye. LOL The water and the rocks are of course a perfect background, and it is amazing how well we can see the bottom through the water. The bird is just standing out from it in a very good way.

Your photo is nice and sharp showing clear and well defined details in every part of the bird, and the exposure is very good.

I do have some comments about the composition. In my mind I always like to have more negative space above a bird and less at the bottom. This means that my suggestion is to crop more at the bottom, and if you have anything to add I would add a tad more at the top. At the same time I would also have cropped a tad more on the left side. I know I am a bit picky now, but the composition would actually be even better in my opinion. Still this is an all together well taken photo, and the composition is not at all totally off.

Love your suggestion, Yes, I will correct this, because the original have plenty of negative space on all sides. The for the substantive review, Anne. You're always, D'BEST!

That is the strangest bird I have ever seen. His eyes make him look crazed, and his feet make him look comical. This is a great picture.

This is a pretty cool photo showing a goose with class.

The framing is very nice with great clarity to the water.

This is a very interesting
goose. The first thing that I noticed were his feet, they just look strange.I like how you composed this and I also like the excellent focus and clarity of this shot.I forgot to say how much I like the detail in the feathers.

What a unique subject. His feet stand out the most, lol, but everything is nicely focused. The ripples in the water and the log he is standing on makes for such a natural image. Nicely framed. Good work!

Your Egyptian goose looks so lonely standing there waiting for who knows what to come along...Your central composition is just right for this and well thought out.
