Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. This image is full of warm sun and summer days. Smudged edges create the water effect around the island. The bright, low sun blinds you with its brilliance so you have to squint and then just see the silhouette of the island. I want to go there and soak up that sunshine.

Now this one I had to give you a six as it is so beautiful. The title is great. I like the poem that you put with your picture. The colors of the sky and the sun with its orange ray is great. Then the island with the deep colors in it just sets it off.

The background is nice and well blended. The sun draws the eye to the mountain. The darker orange around the mountain range helps set it off. Nice job!

I think that in this your approach to creating the feeling of a dry hot scene works very well with the color used.
The sun and the shapes of the mountains in front of it , in this minimalist piece is very effective.
The only suggestion would have been to have the flow line of the warm colors be a little more horizontal as the move towards the viewer and towards the foreground area of the composition.
Still I like the effect, nicely done.

I like this piece a lot. The island appears to be floating in a mist of sunlight at either sunset or sunrise. The sun reflecting around the land mass is warm and inviting.

Because there is an afterimage of a light and supporting pillar, I would suggest cropping more from the bottom to add mystery to the image. The colors couldnīt be more intense or pleasing to the eye. Good crafting!
