Ohhhh... My memory races back to seeing a Dolphin show in California. I took so many pictures (and then it was film).
Nice focus and DOF to retain sharp clarity / focus on all subjects. I like the frame and presentation and the image is well balanced - almost symmetrical. Very nice. Kathy

I think this is a great entry for this contest.I like the POV and how you captured the one trainer speaking to the Orca. Great clarity and a very good amount of the color blue.

You are so right when you say the water is a very bright blue. Also I hadn't notice it until I read your notes but the blue uniforms and the fact that there are two dolphins, and two trainers a man and woman does even out the picture.

The shot is good, i.e. the clarity and color are right on the mark. The framing is good but though I might crop a couple of centimeters from the top. Here is a suggestion: Paint this and take the second figure, the woman and move her to an approaching position so that she is joining the first trainer and giving deserved audience to the performance of dolphin one. Her image would be saying, ¨Wow, let me hear more of what you´re saying, or singing¨. Just a thought, i.e. a physical expression of deep respect and awe for the musicality/vocality of dolphins. eh?
