Could you not "cheat" a little and put some highlight in the nearest eye

deserves a 6 but alais already out. the facial expression and being naturally cute is perfect. the detail is excellent. the shading is perfect. the depth is outstanding. the creation is so well balanced and very eye pleasing to the viewer. very very creative and superb work overall(standing clapping and cheering) wooooooooooooohoooooooooooooooooooooo!

The image is a nice one. Takes a lot of talent to draw faces. His shirt is well done. Hair is nice. The face needs a little more shading; it's quite bright. The black background works well. Nice job!
