yes I can see this being too bright.

A very atmospheric kind of a shot. The darkness has settled but seems to only highlight the bright white of the scene. Lovely image, nice framing and composition. Canīt think of any improvements needed.

That was what I was thinking when I viewed the picture to begin with and before I read your notes. I think you did a pretty good job. It is a bit dark, but otherwise it would have looked blown out. I think you went with the correct avenue.

I like the midnight blue sky against the white buildings. Nice overall lighting. I am a little distracted with the wall on the left, but still a good shot. Thanks for sharing.

    Your welcome.

I love this capture of a Greek architecture with its contrasting midnight blue sky--I just like this color so much!
This deserves a 6 but I think this massive wall on the right grabs a lot of attention from the beauty of that distant structure!
This will look impressive without it!
The sky has its redeeming value.
The pavement looks good too.
Thanks for sharing.

This is a great shot. So how did you control it. I know lately I was shooting a full sun picture and in order to get the mountains in I was shooting at 2000 shutter speed. I love this shot and this angle. I have never seen one like this before

Yes I see the white balance was a problem for you in this shot I think this would have benefitted to have been shot in B&W with a yellow or orange filter I still like the shot and thank you for sharing with us

How interesting Fred, I wonder why they would paint them white, I am sure it would hard on their eyes in the bright sun as well! This is beautiful, they look like they are cast in sand. A wonderful capture and your white balance is very good! Excellent techs my friend:)

This is a beautiful shot of the village. The sight of the white buildings against the dark blue sky is striking. You have timed it well. The light, colour and the composition have worked well. Good effort!
