Loll's this is a very creative entry for this contest! I like it, I like the creativity and keen imagination.. the animals photos are terrific, the soft blur makes it look more like rain, it made a fantastic initial impact, it's unusual and is perfectly framed.. Over these many decades I have seen this attempted many, many times, but never to level of success achieved here. Fantastic work and great humor involved here. As a bonus for the viewer is that a Beagle in goggles or are my eyes failing altogether. HILARIOUS! An extremely well done work of a difficult theme. Thanks.
