Agreed. This is above average in quality and aesthetic value. The technical aspects are all good and the focus is definitely on the flower with the background blurred out. Very pleasing and great visual impact.

Tack sharp focus and nice DOF to retain clarity on the entire subject (the flower) while allowing the back to soften to a nice supporting / natural backdrop. Your focus and depth of field has yielded intricate detail that are pleasing to admire.

Interesting flower/plant, that caught my attention. I like the presentation and the composition, even if I think d=for this subject a square frame would be better. Nice contrast and good sharpness. I like the colors - green and red making a good pair. Blurred background with various tones of green makes a good support.

Red, but certainly not simple.
I don't know what kind of flower this is, but it has so many different areas of interest. Tall with prickly beneath it, then long slender leaves.
Definitely a flower of beauty.
Like the muted background so all the emphasis can be put on the subject.
