Beautiful capture of this youngster - I love the way you got him freely standing without anything hiding him behind - in addition he she is looking at your perceiving you perfectly - super close up , excellent camera settings, your picture is clear and sharp, well framed and well compo sued , your contrast and lighting are natural as well as the color saturation , the nice sunlight creates a warm and harmonious ambiance , a very nice and genuine nature shot, thanks for sharing

I just wish I had seen this image about eight years ago when I was looking for a deer image surrounded in obscurity. This one has just enough light off the right side that itīs not exactly obscure, in fact, the lighting really brings it alive! Great contrast. I would have framed it just as you did. Lovely saturated colors in surrounding vegetation. Excellent work!

What a great portrait of this baby doe. I never knew "Bambi" really existed. lol. Good Focus. Good clarity and detail. I like the way the sun is coming down from the right side leading your eye to the doe. You also have it nicely framed in the scene. Thank for sharing.
