Pin sharp details of the lines, patterns and designs of the wings. Excellent and distinctive color contrast against the background. Prominence of textures of that white spiky blooms. Focus, angle, composition, technical skills and lighting/exposure, high five. Exotic!

A very fine shot of the butterfly with great details from head to wingtips. Excellent colors and fine composition. I might consider cloning out the leaf at the bottom and maybe even the foliage behind the butterfly. Good luck in the contest.
