Nice colours, precise drawing, full of action and it's out of my realm. What is a Green Lantern?

Oh you make me smile every time /your greeting /the name/
the brick work detail good
the wall boards detail good
The super green lantern hero with his green eye mask cool
The yellow bell in distress ( cracks me up )the two flowers to the right of frame saying our hero
The V green of light going out to spot light the circle around the captured one I think the circle tied them up in a knot .
Colours subjects ability frame all so so good thanks for sharing .
