Good to see it gets lots of use all the time. Nice shot of a couple of horses getting warmed up before their events. A good photo and thanks for sharing the information about Victoria Park.

Thanks David, appreciate your positive feedback. Since picking up a camera I keep finding new things about Adelaide and South Australia where I have lived since I was 6 years old and probably rave too much but just wish everyone could live in such a beautiful and diverse place.

A really neat shot on your restored park area, love the green grass, good view, focus and frame for a fun family meeting place. Good work.

this is a good semi-action shot. The light and color are great. the pov is good. I think it may be a little busy in the background so a tiny blur would have helped keep the focus on your subject. overall a good image.

Thanks Julie, I purposely wanted to show the background to highlight the beautiful surrounds for the International Horse event. South Australia and Adelaide are often overlooked by tourists to Australia who only hear about Sydney and Uluru :) Mary

I hope my comment wasn't insulting. It was not meant to be. Reviewing can be hard. I want to try to point things out, but I'm no pro.

Oh no way I appreciated your suggestion just thought I would explain why I had used the aperture that didn't blur out background. No offence taken feel free to comment as you see fit - the more you review the more you start to see things within your own work (well that is what I have found) Cheers Mary

This is an excellent stop action photo, of a young girl posting on a beautiful horse. You can see the pride of the horse itself, as it is taken through it's paces, and the concentration on the young girl's face.
