The expression of the two ladies shows hope and confidence that what they are doing is for goodness. Other side of a prefect journalism photography is not THE QUALITY of the image, but THE STORY TELLING ABILITY of the image. I think you get it here. well done.

good capture. the clarity is good. the angle of the shot of the crowd and protest sign is good. the capture of the light is good. the capture is balanced and eye interesting to the viewer. good eye and good job overall.

This is very hard to evaluate. For example, you have an excellent image of the woman holding the candle in the middle and then you have blurred out figure to her left side that was apparently caught in mid twist or turn and is thus blurred. As the contest is about being candid, I would say that this is highly candid in appearance and has compelling story telling ability. I am fascinated by this subject so any image of it is fascinating to me... which probably means I´m prejudiced in its favor ... but, so what? Give us more!

This is very hard to evaluate. For example, you have an excellent image of the woman holding the candle in the middle and then you have blurred out figure to her left side that was apparently caught in mid twist or turn and is thus blurred. As the contest is about being candid, I would say that this is highly candid in appearance and has compelling story telling ability. I am fascinated by this subject so any image of it is fascinating to me... which probably means I´m prejudiced in its favor ... but, so what? Give us more!

It is sad that young lives were taken away brutally by the powers that be.Many parts of out world still live in dark ages. To that extent this is a candid shot of the voice of the future generation. Good effort. Good luck!

What a worthy march! However, a bit faster shutter speed might have been in order... however, it looks dark outside -- so rather difficult. You did a good job. I like how part of the sign in in the composition -- gives it context.
