Is that the bird from the misty morning fog? Beautiful capture against the blue sky, I love your angle and position as the light influx creates a double effect - the one of silhouettes at the tree and the real colors of the bird what really makes his stand out beautifully - super frame choice, perfect composition with the correct negative space letting him "breath" and look far - a very beautiful capture, perfect in focus and exposure, contrast and lighting , your picture is clear and sharp as always, well done, thanks for sharing

A brilliant picture of your Grey Heron perched high as it surveys all round it with the rays of the rising sun hi lighting it's grey & white plumage & it's gold coloured sharp bill. The clear blue sky making the perfect back drop. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting with superb camera techniques with razor sharp focus.
