So creepy. I didn't know that they can be pretty hairy and those legs have sharp thorns. Great focus and angle. Well captured.

Never would have guessed this was a bumble bee. Looks like some alien monster from my worst nightmares! ha What amazing detail of the legs and hairs on this big bee. Looks like he's reaching for you Fred with those huge arms of his. Excellent shot and thanks for sharing it.

Good one Fred, kind of spooky with alien looking legs. Very good focus and frame to show the not usually seen underside of this common one.

No I did not. Certainly you deserve points for creativity. This surely has to be the first underside picture on FanArt or anywhere. Nicely done, good technicals Cheers, James.

Fred,
A fantastic macro shot of the Bumble Bee's underside showing it's iridescent green legs & ginger bristles with pollen grains attached as it works on the white flower. Beautiful composition framing & lighting with superb camera techniques with razor sharp focus.

Ooooh how weird is that we don't have bumble bees but I just thought the underside would be yellow and black and fluffy same as the top. Awesome view with great focus, colour and dof.
