It is nothing more graceful than a water lily, and you have pictured this one really well. I especially like the fine reflection you have captured and also how well the flower is standing out from the dark and nicely blurred background. Really lovely textures and colors in the lily pad as well.
Your photo is nice and sharp showing clear and well defined details in the petals of the lily, and the exposure is very good. I also appreciate the beautiful colors in this shot.
The format you have cropped this photo down to works well, and the lily has got a perfect placement within the frame. This of course makes for a good and well balanced composition. Indeed a lovely and well taken photo and with a very good DOF.

This is just beautiful. I think the reflection is amazing. The water being so still almost makes it look as if there is one growing under that one. Beautiful colors, sharp focus, perfect lighting. Great job.

I'm in love! This is beautiful. I love that there is a reflection of the plant in the dark water. The color of the plant is like a neon white with purple residue around the edges. That leaf beside it nicely compliments the colors of the flower. I really like this photo.

Very beautiful capture of this water lily and it's reflection. The lighting on the water lily is very nice, as it is well highlighted.
I do feel though that compositionally is is too 50 / 50 on the vertical. In other words, if you had left more space to the left side and had the equal reflection, it would appear to have a bit more balance. Still a very lovely shot of the lily. Best of luck in the contest :)
