Thanks for the review. This park draws many, many visitors during the seasons. Some times these tourists get in the way of a good shot also! :)

It is so many fine details in this lovely photo. Like the very fine reflections in the shiny water. The reeds placed so well as a foreground, and how well the flow of water is captured. It is a truly lovely place and you have pictured it so well.
The photo is crisp and clear with sharp and well defined details all over, an the exposure is perfect. I also like the colors where especially the red building is standing out really well.
Your POV was just perfect and I think the cropping is neatly done. The houses are well placed off to the left letting us see the whole length of the bridge. All this of course makes for a good and well balanced composition. Indeed a well taken photo and with an excellent DOF.

Thank you very much for this thoughtful review. This photo is very special to me. I have taken many hundreds of photos of this mill and dam over the last 25 years. It is where I learned to become a photographer. As I leaned new things about composition, the golden hour, focus, editing, etc. I tried to master them at this site. Glad that you felt some of these came together for this image. Thanks, again, sincerely appreciated!

Thanks. We live nearby so I go there frequently. I have lots of time to wait for the sky I want. They say one of the best attributes of a photographer is patience. I had just before that got a critique of one of my images that lacked clouds in the sky and he hammered me for that. This was a makeup call. :)

Very stunning. All of the colors of nature and man work so well together. Great point of view. The focus is clear and crisp. The lighting a gift from God. I remember going to a place in Indiana like this, and you could catch so many little catfish at the bottom of the waterfall. Those are good memories.
