Amazing photo. That water is so still and clear you would swear it was a mirror! The good thing about those birds is that they remain so still for long periods, so it's no wonder the shot is so sharp. Excellent picture!

Fred,
A wonderful double picture of the Grey Heron standing stock still in the water waiting for it's next meal to swim close enough to "dive bomb" with his razor sharp bill. Beautiful composition framing & lighting with superb camera techniques & razor sharp focus on the Heron & it's perfect reflection.
