Yes, I do agree. You are a beautiful pigeon. And you are framed well by the photographer. Your photographer is able to focus on your beautiful red eye (I only see one eye of yours...where is the other one? ;0)) It seems that your photographer was waiting for you to lift up your head. and when you did so you were captured.

Wow, what a spectacular bird, I have never seen an image of one before. I love the crest of delicate feathers on its crest and the blueish grey colour sets off the maroon breast really well. Great photo and artist notes. Good luck in the competition.

I think it is a very interesting looking bird, the image is clear and the violet color's are really striking.(But this is a blue contest, not sure it fits what is asked for.)

I think that the feathers will be cut off once it gets mated and framed, so I would have cropped it so that the birds head,(eye) sits on the intersecting line of the rule of thirds.
