Some wonderful colors of this tower that is almost beyond belief in its height.

Good example of why to do post prcessing, eliminate the excessive amount of convergence of the buildings. The image also appears to be rather soft and it appears as contrast is reduced by lens flare, especially on the buildings on the lower left.

The image crop should also have eliminated the sliver of a building right on the border above the water.

Wow, this is the one I was talking about. Amazing that they would or could build something so tall. I love the shot, with the soft colors and focus. Lighting is subtle and soft as well. Great impact on this one. Great job!

You are welcome. This place must have been amazing to see from the inside and to stand outside and just look up.

Whoa. Simply breathtaking. I just love how the sky and the building actually match! You also picked the right angle so that the sun shines from the side. This enhances the outline of the building. The only thing is that I would have loved to see more space between the top of the building and the sky. Nevertheless, awesome pic!

What a building, what a shot! Does the color purple mean something in Dubai? You posted another picture where the room was lit in purple too. It is a wonderful color and adds a fairytale quality to the building. Great focus, lighting, POV and of course color. Thank you for sharing.

Another example of photography trumping the hand art experience. Great timing on the shot. This is one of the works one can look at for a long time without tiring. Thanx for sharing!

I love the colors in this photograph. I really like the off center framing of the subject. It seems to add DOF somehow. Great job!

What an amazing building. The lighting on it makes it that much more dramatic. With the water's reflection, this building goes on and on.

For someone that has a height phobia don't think I will be rushing to the top of this one - would have cropped some of the water but that is personal preference. Incredible subject shown in a lovely subtle lighting.
