It is indeed a beautiful atmosphere in this autumn scene Fred, but then I have to admit that I have a soft spot for photos with mist and fog. The forest floor is really beautiful with all the red leaves on the ground in contrast to green moss on the trunk of the trees.

Your photo is also nice and sharp with very good details in the trees, and the exposure is perfect. I also appreciate the nice and natural colors in this shot.

Your POV was very good, and I think this photo is well framed. It is of course also really well taken, and with an excellent DOF.

What a beautiful fall photo. I like all the red leaves on the forest floor. The contrast between the red leaves and the green mossy tree trunks is really nice. The fog just adds a mysterious touch to the photo. Thanks for sharing.

A nice carpet of red fallen leaves with the mist showing the start of autumn. The DOF is good keeping all the frame in good detail and focus. A nicely framed image.

A beautiful photo of the trees disappearing into the fog with a carpet of red leaves in the foreground. I remember similar photos of this area that you have posted. Well done. Been having a lot of fog around here the last couple of days and I should have gone out to find a spot like this one. Excellent photo.

initial impact is very appealing. i like the slight fog among the back trees. the colors are just beautiful and draw you right in. the image is well centered, focus is sharp. nice job.
