I really like the placement of the sanderling in the shot. The negative space, on the vast beach, is terrific... and a good choice for the contest. I do wish the little guy was more sharply focused however.

Yeah i hear the bird singing.."im strolling thru the sand!".lol..the clarity is great. The angle of the shot of the bird strolling on the beach is great. The capture of the light is great. The image is balanced and eye interesting to the viewer. Good eye and great job overall
