my daughter went to Dubai she said its a beautiful city ( but when you venture further afield a whole different place thats not so beautiful )

Very cool shot! I think keeping the shot low across the x water was certainly the way to go. I love the flow of the fading day -- enhanced by the following city scape. I think the item in the upper right corner of the shot needs to be cropped out.
