What a pleasant,'fun to view' image this one is,Lori!
The blue-gray-white tones that dominate the picture look especially nice!
Another Good Show,my friend! :)

Blue Jay's are such cute birds and this one does indeed look like he's looking up happily. Very nice framing and focus, good background.

Nicely captured and composed shot of the Blue jay. Good sharp focus and details. Good colors and contrast. Nice story telling ability and center of interest. Good visual impact. Lighting and exposure are well controlled.
Id like to see alittle more fore light on the bird. Kinda hard with all that snow without some type of fill flash. I have a strobe for just such occasion. Really helps. Well done.

He is so beautiful. I love his tail. There is like a blue and black stripe effect. The snow makes a good background to show off the jay's color. Great focus and positioning of the bird. By putting him on the left corner it does look like he is looking up to the sky.

A cute and fun shot, all well framed with a nice focus to show the pretty coat on this Jay bird. Bet he is wishing for some warmer weather.
