Many thanks due for your magnificent work, which makes a stunning accompaniment to my piece NOT ME. Credit in footnotes as well. I am awed that you drew this from a photo, which is what I thought it was. Cheers. LIZ

Very beautiful pencil drawing! You master portraits and figure drawing with excellence! Facial features are very well captured. Light and dark contrast is large and makes up for a nice picture! Very well done Linda!!

Absolutely beautiful drawing of this stunning icon Linda. It is so realistic as though she was physically there posing for the image. The lighting is beautiful and the texture, detail and emotion in the piece completely captivates the viewer. I really enjoy your work, thank you for sharing.

Yep, this is Judy. You are fantastic. This is a perfect drawing. I can't think of anything to critique. The use of light and your shading is wonderful.

You have captured Mrs. Garland in every detail.
You have such artistic talent!
She was a beautiful woman and you brought out every part of that beauty.
I love the color, not B & W, not quite sepia, but just right.
Do some more stars as you are so good at this. I'd love to see Steve McQueen, Paul Newman or Clint Eastwood. But then there is Vivian Lee, Elizabeth Taylor, Barbara Stanwick and Lana Turner. I remember then all.
Thanks for posting

Beautiful recreation. Your detailing is magnificent she almost looks real. You have done her justice in this black and white pencil. I can only imagine how long it took to finish this picture. Nice job and thanks for sharing.

Line by Line, you know that we are never satisfied with the finished product. We just have to stop ourselves and say that is enough. Thank you so much for all of your support.

This is a wonderful drawing and so expressive. Great combination of dark and light tones used to perfection in my opinion. This is not easy to accomplish and requires both talent and patience to achieve. Very good work!

Wow, Anna, thank you so much. It takes a determination. Sometimes that determination is more definite that at other times.

Excellent drawing in reference to Judy Garland. Lighting is fabulous and love how you drew her folds in her Latin costume, very well done! You beautifully protaide her likeness in features and inner actress. Very well finished and accomplished, by a accomplished, creative artist that you are.

Your art work is so good that sometimes it is hard to tell if it is a photo or a drawing. Love the lighting and the shading, shadows. It has that silverscreen golden years Hollywood look. Well done!
