initial impact is very good. the highlights and shadows are well places making the image come alive. her features are in good proportion. her eyes and lips are very well done and attracts the viewers. i see no smudges which can be a problem in pencil art. you did a very nice job.

Most portraits the face is full forward and fill the frame but this is as unique as the icon it portrays. The older movies put a spot light on the face of the actress and although it was unnatural it was the technique used to draw attention of the viewer. This classic technique fits so well with your interpretation of Judy Garland. It is so classic yet so contemporary combining current composition with archaic filming. Your talents are ever improving. Great piece of art.
