I like this a lot as it really does spell someone in despair and poverty and the nakedness seems to say no hope very well done thanks for sharing

This is an interesting drawing and it must have been hard to do. If you worked from a model is must have been particularly difficult. Anyway, U am thinking that the issue I see is with your photograph of the drawing, i.e. it lacks some in in contrast. For example, the charcoal I see between his elbow and head is undoubtedly black as midnight, but what I am looking at seems full of paper, i.e. as in cold pressed watercolor paper. Could you blacken the image more? Otherwise, I think it has real potential.

Thank you my friend for your suggestion. I will try to improve upon it. Actually in person it looks OK. The image has robbed many of its finer details.Thank you very much for your time, review and rating. I greatly appreciate it.

Sesha my friend, I just reread my review and was surprised about how crude it was. I did it in a hurry, obviously. Glad you could sift something of merit out of it. What I was trying to say is that I admire this image... I donīt think I could have done nearly as well. There seems to be something preliminary about it. Perhaps a larger work or an oil medium would give it more punch. Regardless, I really like what you are doing these days... keep it up!

OMG! That kind of a thought never passed through my head. Not to worry. I enjoy the comments. Makes me a better person!
