What a neat shot, looks like a very good place to visit and get your exercise in. All with a good angle, focus and frame to show the unique stairs.

Art is undoubtedly the cornerstone of all Photographic paths, tracing it's true roots back to cave drawings and etchings.

Digital Art has surely passed everyone's expectations, and has led me to occasionally explore the challenges and creativity offered by a Fuji Finepix S2800HD Digital Camera.

I do not hold a teaching qualification, but I am BTEC National Diploma accredited and a NAWE Professional follower / member.

My aim is never to cause offence.

Observations: The Landscape Composition lends a real tranquil air to your Image Canvas.

Captioning is simple and has been well thought through.

Centre of Interest: Well Seen
Story Telling Ability: Strong

Sadly you do need a more raking directional light on the foreground rocks to the left and right of your Image Canvas. I am able to realise that you cannot always be in the right place at the right time.

But believe you me, the texture of those rocks could be improved no end.

If the Sun is not playing ball, consider using a torch or flashgun.

Admittedly, you will need a spare pair of hands or fire the shutter on your tripod mounted camera using it's self timer feature.

Conclusion: Scoring eighty percent cannot be bad.

Thank You for sharing and enhancing my journey as an Art Reviewer.

Ok..when u come down go back up and down 3 more times and tell me how ya like those stairs..wink wink..lol. the clarity is great. The capture of the light is great. The angle of the shot of the wild looking stairs is great. The image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. Good eye and great job overall

Thanks Mark, actually I chickened out altogether as I was wearing thongs (flip flops) and wasn't prepared to risk stairs. Will go back in the cooler weather as we want to check out the penguin population who come out in the evening. :) Mary

Another excellent shot. Great colors and contrasts, nice lighting, and good texture, like excellent camera settings, and sharp focus. I love the angle of capture and the details. Well done.
