I really love this actor but also someone that can draw him as well as you. Kudos , the expression is attention grabbing , the color is representative of an old photo , very well placed, you have done an excellent job..

These blind contests here are more EYE openers than blind. One cannot hide behind their style/artistic abilities.
This is Tom SelleckTASTIC! He is so ruggedly handsome with a sweet humbleness that oozes out of him.
Fine work on his eyes and signature mustache.
Details and likeness are perfect.
Another beauty from those gifted hands!
Well done!

Excellent portrait of Tom Sellick, your likeness is just fantastic, His eyes just look through you. I have a friend who had him and Nick Nolte as a house guests when they were filming a movie about here husband's life as a Texas Ranger. Was I jealous!!!!1
Back to your portrait, it is excellent in every way. As always.!

Nancy, what year was that. I don't blame you for being jealous. Wow. Thank you so much for your wonderful review.

It was about 12 years ago. Her husband was a legendary Texas Ranger and wrote a book called One Ranger, they made a movie based on the book but I don't think they named the movie the same thing. She has passed away so I can't ask her, but his name is Joaquin Jackson from Alpine TX.

You did a beautiful job on this. He looks like he could speak. You definitely captured Mr. Selleck's likeness and the shading throughout is great. Beautiful job!

Excellent light and shade and detail. I like how you've shown the different textures in skin and clothing. Very nice composition. Good luck in the contest. Suzanne

When I looked at the picture before reading your notes I thought the cowboy looked like Tom Selleck. He still looks good today. You are a very talented artist. Tom looks very proportionate. I like the tone of color that you used. The background blends well and enhances the drawing. Great job, my friend.
