Isn't this interesting? She sees life from a window - instead of being on the other side of it --as you were.

Good entry for white contest -- even her hair!!

However, the motion of her hand takes away from this otherwise good shot.

Portrait or journalism - either one, this is a great capture. I like the various shades of white that contrast so wonderfully with both skin tone and blue clothing hanging from the sill. Technicals are well demonstrated as is the artistic consideration of frame and presentation. Nice job. Kathy

Really enjoyable work to see. The square of black around her head does the trick in giving her emphasis and prominence. The white works well to present the image and not detract from the depth of the facial features. Lovely composition and capture!

What a wonderful job of framing this picture with real frames. The women stands out nicely with the blacked out area behind her and the frosted glass in the white frame is amazing.

Bravo!

This would work very well in black and white giving more depth and meaning, saying that this is nice and pleasant to look at taken in good light, nice focus and detail. The frame is balanced with clear colours.

Yes. I have seen your earlier shot of the lady too. This is equally impressive. You have framed it well. The light, colour and the composition have worked well. Good luck!
