That was going to be my first comment about her hands, and then I read your description and what you wanted to accomplish after. You have definitely did what you set out to do. This portrait is very moving indeed. Makes me wonder just what she is praying. Soft lines against the bold make this piece have a powerful impact.

You did an amazing job on this, some find it hard to sketch hands or feet but this is really well done right down to the aged hands and the fingernails. Very nice capture of such a well known symbol.

I have seen a few of your Mother Teresa works and to me,they are all beautifully done.I definitely like this one accentuating the hands that help many.She was a selfless woman who always used these hands to ease the pain of disease,the pain of hunger,the pain of the homeless etc.I find this work a wonderful acknowledgement to her.A lot of heart went into this.
