Your quote is perfect. This is a great macro. Your angle - shot sideways - really makes this much more interesting than a straight forward shot. Showing the petals and the focused inside was a great creative idea.

I think this is lovely. Your initial colors look true to a daylily as does your shape and petal detail. Your editing has encourage a watercolor effect with your shading and detailing. This is quite a mixture of reality and editing, just enough. Nice work. NR

I like the contrasting textures, how the stamens are very smooth and smooth while the petals are more raw, wet and rough. You really boosted the color and I love that this fills the canvas.

Every day I see a word in regards to photography that is completely new to me. Just as with your editing, there are actually more than one term that I am not yet familiar with.
What you did (Camera raw, Color efex pro, tonal contrast, Topaz simplify, crop) in order to end up with this spectacular photo is simply amazing.

The details is right. Look at the details in this perfect creation of God. The colors are so heavenly. And the little stems look like member of a church choir, praising their Creator. With tears of joy of the petals.

the vibrant color of the pink petals are beautiful with the water drops and their deep purple centers. it looks like it's lit from within. it takes up the frame nicely and the focus is sharp. nice capture.
